It seems that this PSYCHO Person is determined to continually cause problems for us and others. We have also learned from others that he may be a CHILD PREDATOR also. It seems he is involved with Youth Soccer leagues & other sports that young children are involved in. He claims to be a photographer, but no one can claim or show where he has any kind of PROFESSIONAL  CREDENTIALS for this. Plus I would personally be worried about a SINGLE MALE that is trying to be involved in anonymous sexual relations with strangers having access like this to children !!!! Ladies BEWARE of the lies that he may tell you as we have been contacted by several ladies that had very SCARY experiences with him and the lies he told them in a attempt to try & seduce them. One also stated she may have been DRUGGED possibly with a DATE-RAPE drug. She told us that she felt strange after him giving her a drink which she only took a small sip of. Fortunately she left before anything happened.

MAJOR HARASSMENT ALERT !!!!!

The following person wanted info on one of our recent Parties. When he finally decided he wanted to attend (The Same Day of the PARTY) he gets upset cause we didn't respond back to him fast enough. He tried BRAGGING to us how he was the greatest thing to women that they have ever had and that we HAD to let him come or else. Well we tried to communicate with him about his ATTITUDE and he became very HOSTILE. We then discovered he was using MULTIPLE E-MAIL ID's in a attempt to harass us even more. He is obviously the type of person this page was created for & we urge everyone to AVOID him at all costs & if you do have contact with him, make him aware of this ALERT & the consequences of his actions. We have DOCUMENTED every E-Mail account listed below & have notified both YAHOO & JUNO and now LAW ENFORCEMENT about his HARASSMENT & ACTIONS.

We are listing below excerpts from a E-Mail this person sent us in his continuing HARASSMENT CAMPAIGN. We think it will clearly show how UNSTABLE and DANGEROUS this person is;

"What are you going to do when I show up on your doorstep?..." and then "Would it have anything to do with the semi-automatic shotgun I have loaded in my closet for home protection? Maybe the fact that I have a concealed carry permit or have been studying martial arts for 4 years?"

We have forwarded these E-MAILS over to our LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT officials for documentation. He claims that he has our home address, so we want to make sure that if we need to call 9-1-1 on him, they will pursue FELONY CHARGES against him. We have been assured that if he shows up anywhere near us, that he will be taken care of in a LEGAL MANNER. So be careful when you meet SINGLE GUYS. Unfortunately there are some MAJOR WHACKOS like this one. We are also forwarding a letter with info on this guy to all of the other SWINGERS GROUPS here in DALLAS and in TEXAS to warn them about him.

We also now believe that this person may have been involved with the HACKING and CRASHING of our website. While we currently have NO PROOF of this as of yet, we are still investigating. We have also turned over ALL of our LOGS and other data from the server to a CERT Team at CARNEGIE MELLON University. I know several people there from back in the 70's and they are assisting us with this. He has also caused us to lose several MAJOR RESOURCES that helped us keep up this site and also host our parties. Cause of this, we have had to change several of our policies and procedures. I hope everyone will continue to bear with us. I know I have received several E-Mails of encouragement and also CONTEMPT for this person and others like him that cause problems for us and other Swingers Groups.

Well it looks like this person is starting up again. He has sent us 2 threatening E-Mails today so far. Here is our answer to him ;

"We desire no FURTHER COMMUNICATION from you as we have indicated in the past. Please do not E-Mail us or contact us in any way. Any further communication will be considered HARASSMENT & SPAM. We will forward any & all information on to the proper authorities. We run our website in a LEGAL MANNER in a way that we see fit. It is not up to you what information we place up there. YOU SENT US YOUR INFORMATION BY YOUR OWN ACTIONS, WE THEREFORE HAVE A LEGAL RIGHT TO PUBLISH IT. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY THREATS !!!!!"

Well we have found out that this KOOK is even kookier than we first thought. It seems that he has delusions of being a PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER or something. We were forwarded his URL http://www.tracymilburn.com/ by someone who he tried to date. They had concerns about him & did a GOOGLE search (Search Engines can be wonderful Tools these days) on him. They found a lot of interesting & WEIRD things about him. They figured out that the old adage "Where there is smoke there is Fire" should apply. So they RAN away & are now glad they did.

So once again it looks like this PAGE and others like it that are being setup on other SWINGER SITES are accomplishing their goal. They are letting those people who are out there playing GAMES & causing problems know that we will OUT them and alert others about their ways. They obviously don't like it cause they cant BULLY their way or feel superior or anything cause we show them that we can FIGHT BACK too !!!!

Well it once again seems that this KOOK is determined to continue to harass and annoy us in anyway possible. We thought we had overcome his constant interference with us and this domain here, but he seems very adept at getting people to feel sorry for him & do his bidding. So we have been forced temporarily to shadow his info. But have no fear, we are working on a solution to this latest problem and should have ALL his info & more back up in a few days.

OK, we have changed our registration info on our DOMAIN to our NEW LEGAL ADDRESS which will allow us to once again post whatever we want and need to. So once again we have posted all the INFO on this KOOK/NUTCASE we have been sent and have found thru LEGAL MEANS. We have also spoken with our ATTORNEY who is a graduate of the SMU LAW SCHOOL and very well versed in Internet Law & such and have been assured that if this harassment continues, we will have a ACTIONABLE TORT claim against him. We hope it doesn't come to this, however we will continue to FIGHT for what we believe is right & not allow our beliefs and lifestyle to be jeopardized by people like this. We also urge you to continue to show your feelings and concerns with people listed below or others that may have PLAYED you and tried to USE you.

Well once again this STUPID PERSON has decided to start HARASSING and THREATENING us again. We thought he had decided to leave us alone and we had begun to let his information drift down, but he is once again sending us E-MAIL from a NEW ALIAS Yahoo account. (We have already forwarded it to their ABUSE dept) It is amazing how TROLLS think that they can hide behind FREE YAHOO accounts & such. We have also received E-Mail's from several ladies that had contact with him and have shared more information with us showing how much of a WHACKO he really is. We have heard he is living with his mother cause he doesn't have a job or cant keep one. Anyway, BE AWARE of this person & contact us with any information you may have.

It seems that this person is TOTALLY CRAZY. They contacted us a week or ago and wanted to work something out with us. We said, "OK, TELL US WHAT YOU WANT TO DO". They then starting DEMANDING & THREATENING us once again.  We even agreed that we would allow them to work this out in TRADE for professional services.  But they seemed to only want to SCREAM & DEMAND that we do what they say. SORRY, BUT WE WILL NOT BE BULLIED !!!!!   We have also added another YAHOO E-MAIL Alias to his long list of many PHONY ID's he seems to use. So all we can say, is

BE AWARE OF THIS PERSON & AVOID HIM AT ALL COST's !!!!!!
